Income Limit Your total annual income (combined if you were married or in a civil union and lived in the same home) was: 2020 \u2013 $92,969 or less; and. 2021 \u2013 $94,178 or less.
Established in 1997, the senior-freeze program provides state-funded reimbursement checks to offset, or \u201cfreeze,\u201d increases in property taxes once homeowners become eligible for the program in what's known as their \u201cbase year.\u201d

To qualify, you must be age 65 or older, or a permanently and totally disabled individual or the unmarried surviving spouse, age 55 or more, of such person.
