FlexSave is a Private Health Services Plan (PHSP) that helps incorporated business owners and self-employed individuals with employees pay the health and dental expenses of themselves and their employees in a tax-effective and cost-efficient manner.

Once you file a Statement of Claim, you must serve it on the Defendant(s) within one year, generally by leaving it with the Defendant(s) in person or sending it to them by recorded mail.
Q: How is FlexSave administered? The employee pays for the health and dental treatments. Claim forms are then submitted to HUB Financial. Once the claim has been verified by HUB as qualifying, and funded by the employer, the employee will be reimbursed directly.
Mail in a completed, signed claim form to Alberta Blue Cross, 10009-108 St. NW, Edmonton, Alberta T5J 3C5. For your claim to be processed, original receipts and other supporting documentation must be attached.
