Some colleges dont allow students to live off campus for some or all of the years they attend college.

What is a housing release form?

Medical housing release forms are a set of forms that students will need to complete if they need to move off-campus for medical reasons. Some colleges may call these contract release forms, medical release requests, medical housing cancellations, housing agreement appeals, or other names.

How do I cancel my housing at Sac State?

A cancellation request must be submitted through the online housing portal prior to payment. Approved cancellations that occur prior to the payment of the Housing Application Installment are not assessed the cancellation fee.

Is it mandatory to dorm at ASU?

All admitted first-year undergraduates are expected to live in on-campus student housing. After year one (or year two at West Valley campus), undergraduates may choose to live on or off campus. Graduate students may also apply for on-campus housing, though it is not guaranteed.

How do I cancel my housing contract in UT?

Am I able to cancel my housing contract? All cancellation requests require approval from our housing office. Cancellation fees may apply. If a student wishes to cancel their contract, they are asked to email our housing office, or request to speak with someone by calling 512-471-3136.
