You must file a Connecticut income tax return if your gross income for the 2024 taxable year exceeds: $12,000 and you are married filing separately; $15,000 and you are filing single; $19,000 and you are filing head of household; or. $24,000 and you are married filing jointly or qualifying surviving spouse.
Kind of Payer: CT-1 (Railroad) Railroad employers should check this box if they are required to file Forms W-2 for employees covered under the Railroad Retirement Tax Act (RRTA).
Nonprofits with gross receipts of less than $50,000 in a fiscal year must file the Annual Treasurers Report (CT-TR-1 Form and Instructions) along with Form RRF-1 when they renew their registration with the Attorney Generals office.
Organizations with less than $50,000 in total revenue are required to file Form CT-TR-1. All Registry forms can be found on the Attorney Generals website at .oag.ca.gov/charities.
