Transcript orders must be placed online or in person. The University of Arizona does not accept transcript orders via fax, mail, email, or phone. No transcript will be released if you have outstanding financial obligations to the university or if any restrictive holds have been placed on your student records.

Students who cannot login to MyPortal or WebAdvisor can submit their transcript request directly through TranscriptPlus. Students can also call Parchment Customer Service at 1-847-716-3005 and place a phone order for an additional $15 charge. Additional processing time may be required to authorize the order.
In the Student Information card, under Transcript Information, click Request Official Transcript. This will direct you to Parchment. Follow the instructions on the site to complete your transcript order.
