The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) provides oversight and enforcement to promote safety, protect the environment, and conserve offshore resources.
BSEE was created in response to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in 2010 and resulted from division of the Mineral Management Service (MMS) into: The BSEE. The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM). The Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR).
The Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, under the commissions General Criteria and Program Criteria for Electrical, Computer, Communications, Telecommunication(s), and Similarly Named Engineering Programs.
