Traveller Declaration must be filled in and submitted by all travelers travelling to and from Maldives, within 96 hours prior to their travel. You may submit the form electronically via IMUGA.
As of August 15, 2024, outbound travellers from the Maldives will no longer be required to complete the Traveller Declaration form. The Government of Maldives has made this decision in line with its commitment to streamlining immigration procedures and increasing travel efficiency.
All travelers are required to submit the Traveller Declaration within 96 hours before their flight time for arrival.
The IMUGA form is an online Traveller Health Declaration introduced by Maldives Immigration. It must be filled before you arrive in the Maldives, and it helps authorities ensure safe, well-managed entry into the country. Important Update: As of now, the IMUGA form is required only for arrival.
