Ohio State University and Columbus State Community College will make it easier for some Ohioans to earn four-year degrees. The Buckeye Bridge program will allow low- and moderate-income students who complete an associate degree at Columbus State to finish a bachelors degree at Ohio State for free.
What is the grade forgiveness rule for OSU?
To qualify, a Columbus State graduate must be an Ohio resident, file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid annually, be a full-time Ohio State student, and have a family adjusted gross income of $100,000 or less. Buckeye Bridge will cover all tuition and mandatory fees for up to eight semesters at Ohio State.
Does Ohio State University offer free tuition?
The Regional Campus Commitment will provide eligible new first-year students enrolling at the Lima, Mansfield, Marion or Newark campuses or Ohio State ATI in Wooster with the opportunity to attend Ohio State tuition-free.
How long does it take to get a refund from OSU?
The Faculty and Staff Tuition Assistance Plan pays the instructional, general and non-Ohio resident fees (up to 10 hours per term) for eligible employees who take courses at Ohio State. The benefit is available upon employment in an eligible appointment of at least 75% FTE.
