Excellence in Education Award Nomination Form Full-time Staff 2026

1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the Excellence in Education Award Nomination Form in the editor.
2. Begin by filling out the 'Nominee' section. Enter the nominee's last name, first name, phone number, title, and department.
3. Proceed to the 'Nominator' section. Fill in your details as the primary nominator, including your last name, first name, home phone, title, department, and GRCC phone.
4. In the 'Additional Nominator(s)' section, add information for at least one additional colleague who supports this nomination. Ensure you include their name and contact details.
5. Complete the 'Nominator Narrative' sections by providing detailed narratives for each category: Education, Student Service, College Service, Professional Development, Community Service, and Conclusion.
6. Once all sections are filled out accurately, save the form to your computer. Then print the signatures form to collect endorsements from at least 12 individuals.
7. Scan both forms after obtaining signatures and email them to the Office of Staff Development via Angela Salinas at angelasalinas@grcc.edu before the deadline.
