The Alameda Superior Court of California does NOT have a local Request for Refund form. Any party who needs to request a refund will want to create a Pleading for the Envelope Number in question and e-file it on the case with a document type of Request for Refund / Order (efiling).
After submission of RPRF, the next step will be a background check followed by a medical examination. You may expect your PR in a time of one to three months period.
Eligible refunds can take between 2 and 8 weeks to appear in your account. If its been longer than 8 weeks, and you have not been automatically refunded, you can ask for a refund.
