NUANS Name Search Requirement

A NUANS Name Search Report dated within the last 90 days is required unless the corporation was dissolved for less than 2 years or had a numbered name.

Eligible Applicants

Any person with a valid interest in the corporation, such as shareholders, directors, officers, employees, creditors, and trustees in bankruptcy can apply for revival.

A revived corporation is restored as if it had never been dissolved; changes made after dissolution will not be reflected in public records.
