When your score is available, you will receive an email notification from the organization that registered you for your examination. Your score report will remain available on the website of the organization that registered you for your examination for approximately 365 days from the date of the email notification.

When to pay for an USMLE transcript?
The transcript fee will be included in the first invoice shown when applying to programs that have the USMLE assigned to at least one of those programs. Once paid, the USMLE transcript fee will not appear as part of any future invoices. This fee cannot be paid before applying to programs.
How long does it take to get an USMLE transcript?
USMLE, SPEX, FLEX transcripts are processed and sent to recipients very quickly usually within 24 hours from the time you submit the transcript order. Your transcripts may go out the same day the order is submitted.
How to request for an USMLE transcript?
If you have recently taken the USMLE or SPEX exam and need that score to appear on your transcript, do not order a transcript until you have received your official score report. Your fees will not be refunded if you order a transcript before your scores are released to you.
