Most violations are not displayed on your academic record but are maintained in a separate disciplinary record by the Office of Community Expectations (OCE) for non-academic misconduct, and the Office of Academic Integrity (OAI) for academic misconduct for up to seven years after the most recent student conduct
All academic integrity records are reportable for six years from the finding. Conduct probation records are reportable for seven years, and dismissal records are reportable indefinitely. The reportability of a students complete disciplinary record is controlled by the most serious sanction.
There is no statute of limitations on academic integrity violations. Academic integrity violations may be discovered and acted upon at any time during the course of a semester, after a semester has ended, and even after a student has graduated.
Personal information changes can be made through UAccess Student Center. Some changes require supporting documentation and review, while other changes are made at the students direction with updates made immediately. If you have any questions on changing your personal information, please contact us.
Student Disciplinary records are considered educational records and are normally maintained in the Dean of Students Office for a period of seven (7) years, after which the file records may be purged.
