The Virginia Alternate Assessment Program (VAAP) is designed to evaluate the performance of students with docHub cognitive disabilities in Grades 3-8 and high school.
A student who receives a scaled score of 740 or above is considered proficient. If a student attains a scaled score of 780 or higher, they are considered to have performed at an advanced level on the test. An overall scaled score between 625 and 739 indicates the student did not meet proficiency on the test.
