The tag defines an unordered (bulleted) list. Use the tag together with the tag to create unordered lists.
HTML documents typically represent these code points using hexadecimal formats. It makes it possible to specify the code point value with a predetermined number of digits. For instance, the Unicode code point for the Arabic numeral 5 is U+0035. The hexadecimal notation value for this is 5.
The Unicode character for showing the dot symbol or bullet point is U+2022 . But to use this Unicode correctly, remove the U+ and replace it with ampersand ( ), pound sign ( # ), and x . Then type the 2022 number in, and then add a semi-colon. So, it becomes #x2022; .
To create bullet points in HTML, we will be using the (Unordered List) element in combination with the (List Item) element. The element acts as the container for the list, while the elements are the actual items or bullet points within the list.
td is an HTML tag used to define a single cell within a table. It stands for table data. The td element is often used within the tr (table row) element to structure and organize tabular data on a webpage.
The tag in HTML adds a solid, black disc-style bullet in front of the text around which you wrap the tag: Bullet list item. .
