hi everyone its Alex on the import export team and I want to walk you through a quick demo of a new feature that weve added to the import flow which is the ability to select whether or not you want to only create new records using Imports or only update existing records as you import now traditionally the import flow has been create and update at all times meaning every single import that you did it created new records and also updated existing records as you brought data into the CRM but lets say you got a spreadsheet from your boss and you said hey I want you to import this data into HubSpot but I want you to only create new records dont update any existing records now in the past you have to sift through this spreadsheet go back into the CRM make sure that the data aligned that you werent accidentally updating records that already existed in the CRM with this update you could say hey I want to do a create only import and let HubSpot take care of that give us the responsibility

In the dialog box, click the Property to update dropdown menu and select the property you want to edit. In the field that appears, enter or select a new value for the selected property. For multi-select properties: Click Update.
In the right sidebar of a record, in the Deals section, click + Add. Enter the details for your new deal in the Associate new tab. By default, the deal will be associated to the record. Once youre done, click Create, or Create and add another to add an additional new deal.
Verify that the DNS records have been updated in HubSpot and in your domain host. In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the main navigation bar. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Website Domains URLs. On the Verify URLs step of your setup, review any errors in your DNS records.
Custom objects: In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM, then select the custom object. Click the name of a record. In the left panel, click a property to edit. Depending on the property type, edit the value, then click Save: For a text or number property, enter your value in the text box.
In the content editor, click the Settings menu and click Advanced. In the Template section of the dialog box, click Edit this template. If the template is being used by another piece of content, a dialog box will appear. To apply your edits to all pages, posts, or emails using the template, click Edit this template.
Select the checkboxes next to the records if you want to edit a few individual records. Select the Select all checkbox to edit all of the records on a page at the tables top.
In your HubSpot account, navigate to Contacts Custom Objects, then select the object for which you want to create a record. Click Create [custom object] in the upper right. In the right panel, enter property values and select records to associate with your new record.
