Who Qualifies for the 21st Century Program? All 7thand 8th graders are eligible to enroll provided they meet the income threshold and sign a pledge to complete high school with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher. There is no test score requirement. Students must apply by June 30 of their 8 grade year.
To develop successful members of the global society, education must be based on a framework of the Four Cs: communication, collaboration, critical thinking and creative thinking.
