You need to file a claim by logging into DPS website and selecting the CLAIMS tab. every lost/damaged item listed at delivery. ➢ Fill in all the boxes in that section and click SAVE. Once you have updated all the fields for all the items you have provided Notice of loss/damage then selectSUBMIT.
Up to nine months after delivery date: Submit your itemized claim for any lost or damaged items. Between nine months and 2 years after delivery day: Contact your service branch military claims office, or MCO, for help receiving depreciated replacement value or repair cost, whichever is the lesser of the two.
If you have the information from the other person involved in the accident, you may call his or her insurance company to file your claim. Some companies may also offer online claim reporting. If you have an insurance agent, he or she may be able to help you through this process or provide you with more information.
A payment directly to you from the Transportation Service Provider (TSP) to account for inconveniences associated with the TSPs inability to meet the agreed and/or required dates. Note: An inconvenience claim is not an entitlement and is not associated with your personal property loss and/ or damage claims.
Quick claim settlement option You will file paperwork on delivery day with the TSP, and payment will be sent within five calendar days of claim submission. While you cannot file claims on those specific items later, you may still use DPS to file claims for other lost or damaged items discovered after delivery.
