What are the results of a masters degree?

Masters degree results and classifications Once you have finished your Masters degree, your credits will then translate into either a Distinction, Merit, Pass or Fail. Different universities may have different boundaries but as a general rule: Distinction - 70%+ Merit - 60-69%

A 2.1 or above is basically a universal requirement for further study (masters/PhD) and is a very common requirement for jobs, especially at larger companies. Its also not difficult to achieve - everyone admitted to a university course should be able to get a 2.1 if theyre reasonably diligent with the work.

Is a 2.2 masters degree good?

2:2 is fine its just a generic degree. You wont be going any further in academia or many graduate programs but you should still be able to get a graduate job fine.

Is 60% a good mark at masters level?
