To Create a Template From the Accuro Start Menu in the bottom left of Accuro select Users and then Manage Security. Select the Templates tab. In the Office drop down list select the office you wish to create a template for. Next to the Template drop down list, select the Add button to add a new template.

Prescriptions, Forms, and Documents Navigate to the Accuro Start Menu, select Tools, then Configure Providers. The Provider will need to select their own name from the Search Results window on the left side of the Provider Management Screen. Click the Set Signature button to open the Edit Signature window.
Deleting Forms Open the Accuro Start Menu Tools Form Editor. Select a Form Category from the drop down list, then select a Form in the Forms section. Delete Selected Form, then click Yes at the confirmation prompt to permanently delete the form.

It is possible in Accuro to upload documents to a patients EMR without having to select a Provider. Click the Documents button . Select the appropriate patient. Select the document to be uploaded. Click the dropdown list. Click the File Document button.
From within the Accuro EMR click on the Accuro menu icon ( ) Select Tools followed by Form Editor to launch the form editor module. Click on the Import Form from File option and browse to the location where your form is stored. Select the form and click Open to complete the import process.
