1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open it in the editor.
2. Begin by creating your Data Source. Click on 'Tools' in the menu bar, then select 'Mail Merge'. In the Mail Merge Helper box, click 'Create' next to '1-Main document' and choose 'Form Letters'.
3. Select 'Active Window' when prompted. This allows you to create a Data Source while having a Main document open.
4. In the Mail Merge Helper box, click 'Get Data' next to '2-Data source', then select 'Create Data Source...'.
5. Add or remove field names as needed using the provided buttons. Ensure your field names are correctly formatted without special characters.
6. Once your fields are set, click OK and save your Data Source with an appropriate name like 'SMPL_DAT'.
7. Fill in records in the Data Form quick-entry box for each field you've created.
8. To create your Main Document, return to a blank page and insert merge fields where necessary using the Insert Merge Field dropdown.
9. Finally, perform the merge by clicking on 'Tools', selecting 'Mail Merge', and following prompts to merge data into a new document.
