All students who are withdrawing completely from Millersville must complete a Withdrawal Form with the Registrars Office. Read below to learn more about how your financial aid may be affected. Please note, that the following information applies even for a Medical Withdraw. Prior to the semester start.
It subsequently changed its name to Millersville State Normal School in 1859 and Millersville later became a state teachers college in 1927. It was renamed Millersville State College in 1959 and officially became the Millersville University of Pennsylvania in 1983.
Students who wish to change their legal name must supply supporting legal documentation such as a court order, and complete the Name Change Form with the Admissions Records Office. Information for changing a legal name is available through the California Courts (opens in new window) website.
A financial release form is a legal document that authorizes financial entities to access a clients account and funds.
