Your student aid offer will include directions on accepting aid. Follow those directions carefully. You might have to enter the amounts youre accepting in an online form and then submit the form. If you receive a paper aid offer, you might have to sign it and mail it back to the school.
If you have aid in an estimated status on your account, you will need to login to your MyMercer portal to accept or reject your aid.
If you decline aid offered to you and you want to change your decision, you can click on the Resources/Additional Information tab to request our office to re-offer your aid. Your request will be processed within 3-5 business days. If you decide to borrow a student loan, you will need to complete some additional steps.
