  1. Log into STAR and navigate to your enrollment backpack. Select the upcoming term and click Continue.
  2. Add courses to your backpack. If a permission number is required, obtain it and enter it in the Permission Number field for each course.
  3. In the Priority Column, indicate whether each course is primary or alternate. After entering all preferences, click Save.
  4. For convenience, print your enrollment preference form to discuss with your advisor. Access this from the Student Center by selecting Enrollment Preference.
  5. After meeting with your advisor(s), update your backpack based on their recommendations and click Submit for Approval before the deadline of midnight, November 2.
  6. Monitor the status of your submission; it will change to Waiting for Approval until approved by your advisor(s).
  7. Once approved, you will receive an email notification that allows you to enroll during your scheduled appointment time.
