Pay the Filing Fee When the Notice is Submitted When drafting a Notice of Commencement in Florida, it is important to include a fee of $10 which must be paid to the county clerk when submitting the document.
The property owner must sign the Notice of Commencement and no one else may be permitted to sign in his or her stead.
