2. Begin by completing the entire Student information block. Ensure you provide your Student ID, phone number, official SJC email address, last name, first name, middle name, and mailing address.
3. After filling out your information, take the form to the Business Office to pay any applicable tuition and fees. The Business Office will complete their section of the form.
4. Submit the completed Course Challenge Form to the Records Office for processing.
5. The Registrar will forward your form to the testing instructor who will schedule and administer your test.
6. Once you have taken the test, the instructor will complete their section of the form and assign a grade before returning it to the Records Office.
7. Finally, if appropriate, the Records Office will enter credit into their system and send copies of the completed form to you and your Dean.
