To request a bank certificate, you may go to any BPI branch. Please bring a valid ID. You will need to fill out a bank certificate request form (asking for the purpose of the request, the addressee, etc.). There is a PHP 300.00 processing fee for a bank certificate.
On BPI via web browser: Log in to your BPI online account. In the upper left corner, click Menu More. Scroll down to Services and click My statements. Select which account you want to view the statement of. Select the date range you want to see in the statement. Click Download.
