When two or more persons have been selected and from them one will be given scholarship it means the person has been nominated for it.
Of the 200, 75 are selected are finalists (37.5%). Of the 75, 20 are awarded the scholarship (26%). This gives an overall acceptance rate of 1%. Simply put, we are 5 times more likely to get into Harvard or MIT than get the Levine Scholarship crazy, isnt it!
To be eligible to receive a Levine Scholarship, an applicant must: Demonstrate potential for academic success and have a minimum 2.0 HS GPA/2.5 College GPA; Have demonstrated financial need.
