Who can enroll in a plan on Georgia Access? You must meet the following criteria to be eligible to enroll in a Qualified Health Plan (QHP) on Georgia Access: Be a U.S. citizen, national, or lawfully present immigrant. Be a Georgia resident.
Georgia Medicaid offers benefits on a Fee-for-Service (FFS) basis or through managed care plans. Under the FFS model, Georgia pays providers directly for each covered service received by a Medicaid beneficiary. Under managed care, Georgia pays a fee to a managed care plan for each person enrolled in the plan.
You must meet the following criteria to be eligible to enroll in a Qualified Health Plan (QHP) on Georgia Access: Be a U.S. citizen, national, or lawfully present immigrant. Be a Georgia resident. Not be incarcerated.
