2. Begin by filling in the 'General Information' section. Enter the Project Name, Permittee, and NOI #, along with the Date of Inspection, Start Time, End Time, and Inspector’s Name(s). Ensure you also include the Green Card Certification # and Inspector’s Contact Information.

5. Proceed to fill out the Permit Coverage and Plans section. Answer all questions regarding permit status and site conditions with a simple Yes or No.
6. For each BMP (Best Management Practice), check if it is installed/implemented and note any required corrective actions.
