  8. Refer to the tax rates provided and enter them on Line 6 based on your reported fuel types.
  9. Multiply the total gallons from Line 5 by the tax rate from Line 6 to find your tax due on Line 7.
  10. Finally, sum all amounts from Line 7 across all columns for your total amount due on Line 8. Remember, payments over $750 must be made electronically.
