Provide your payment details, ensuring that cheques are made payable to Kestrian Company Services if applicable.
Continue filling out pages 4 to 6 with details of the company officers. Remember, a Company Secretary is optional but must meet specific qualifications.
Review all sections carefully, especially the Authentication details and Service Addresses, to avoid delays in processing your order.
Send the completed Instruction Sheet, Order Form, and remittance to Kestrian for processing.
