How do I make a total withdrawal from UNLV? Official withdrawal must be made through the Office of the Registrar. You can request the form to officially withdraw in the Rebel Success Hub. Official withdrawals are subject to the dates and deadlines listed on the Academic Calendar in the UNLV Catalog.
