3. Fill in the buyer's name, specifying their relationship (son/wife/daughter) and complete their permanent and temporary address.
4. Indicate if the vehicle is under a hire-purchase, lease, or hypothecation agreement by providing the necessary details.
5. Complete the vehicle details section by filling out each field including class of vehicle, maker’s name, chassis number, engine number, horsepower or cubic capacity, fuel used, number of cylinders, month and year of manufacture, seating capacity, unladen weight, maximum axle weight and tyre descriptions for transport vehicles.
6. Lastly, specify the colour(s) of the body and gross vehicle weight before selecting your type of body.
7. Ensure to sign at the bottom as either the Manufacturer/Dealer or Officer of Defense Department.
