Applicants to the PhD program should have a GPA of at least 3.5 on a scale of 4.0, whereas MS applicants may be considered with a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale. In evaluating your GPA, remember that UIC will only consider the GPA you earned based on your last 60 credit hours of undergraduate coursework.
