Eligibility. Applicants must be pursuing independent research careers in biochemistry, cell biology, genetics, immunology, neuroscience, pharmacology, and related areas in chemistry, medicine, and the biological sciences.
The Searle Scholars Program is a career development award made annually to support 15 young faculty in biomedical research and chemistry at US universities and research centers.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. The program welcomes diverse candidates, including seniors, recent graduates, or young professionals under 32. For those older than 32, we also consider candidates who have received their bachelors degree within the past three years.
THINK is open to all high school students with permanent residence in the United States. Students may apply by submitting a written research proposal outlining a novel science, technology, or engineering idea following the proceeding guidelines.
