A grade change must be submitted to the Registrar by the grade deadline of the upcoming fall or spring term (whichever applies). Only the instructor of the course may initiate the grade change. (Grade Change Forms are not accepted in the Registrars Office when delivered by a student or a student worker.)
Students must earn a D- to obtain credit for courses taken here at UH . Any UH grades below D- will not be accepted for credit. In order to satisfy degree requirements, courses transferred from other institution must have a grade of C- or higher. Consult with your academic advisor for more information.
