A local rule must be consistent withbut not duplicatefederal statutes and rules adopted under 28 U.S.C. 2072 and 2075, and must conform to any uniform numbering system prescribed by the Judicial Conference of the United States.
1. Pursuant to Local Rule 83.1(b), an attorney licensed to practice law in any state of the United States or the District of Columbia who wishes to be admitted for the purpose of a specific civil or criminal case may file a motion for pro hac vice admission.
16.4 - Pretrial Order. Unless otherwise directed by the presiding judge, a pretrial order must be submitted to the presiding judge at least 14 days before the scheduled date for trial.
