Mail Services provides the following: Courier service to campuses and the Phoenix metropolitan area. Daily deliveries and pickups: Accountable mail and package delivery between and from all campuses. U.S. mail delivery to the Downtown Phoenix, Polytechnic, Tempe and West Valley campuses.
Diplomas. Diplomas are mailed approximately six to eight weeks after the degree conferral date. Graduates will receive an email notification via their ASU email account when their diploma has been mailed.
For mail sent via campus mail: Campus mail consists of ASU interoffice campus envelopes. Large intercampus mailings of 100 pieces or more of identical items should be banded by the department and placed in route order. To send boxes through campus mail, please create a courier request.
