  7. Add lines 3, 4, 5, and 6 to determine Total Amount Tax Due. Include any penalties or interest as necessary.
  8. Finally, certify your information by signing and providing your printed name, daytime phone number, email address, and date before mailing it to the SC Department of Revenue.
