A 404 error occurs when a page cant be found on the server. In FastField, this usually happens when youre trying to submit a form thats been deleted from your account.
Currently theres no report of Google Forms being slow. Check on the top of the page if there are any reported problems by other users.
If your form is not submitted, it simpley means that the information you filled out hasnt yet been transfered to the form owners responses tab.
Make sure that the contact form is using the correct fields for the user to fill out. i.e the name , email address, message fields etc . Check your SPAM folder to make sure the emails from the contact form are not getting marked as spam.
