Official Transcripts Log into Mountie Hub in the my. EOU portal and go to the Student Services Financial Aid link and then Student Records and then select Order Official Transcripts (you will be re-directed to the Parchment Website). Follow the ordering and payment instructions.
Ordering Official Transcripts Log into Beaver Hub. Once you have successfully logged in, select the Resources tab and Select Resources from the dropdown menu. Select the Academic tab. Scroll down and click on the Order Official Transcript. Follow the on screen prompts to order your official transcript(s):
Upload the self-attested scanned copies of required documents such as mark sheet, offer letter, photographs, degree certificate, etc. You can check what other documents are required from your universitys website. Pay the online transcript processing fees and submit the application.
Use your OHSU network account (the portion of your OHSU email before @ohsu.edu). Do not use your full email address to log in. If you do not have an OHSU network account then use your student account (U########). If you have trouble signing into the system then contact the OHSU Service Desk at 503-494-2222.
Minimum 3.0 overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required. Cumulative GPA calculation will include all undergraduate coursework taken, both as part of bachelors degree requirements and separately. Average cumulative GPA for students admitted in the previous admissions cycle was 3.5.
