4. If registering for an overnight camp, specify your roommate preference in the designated field.
5. Complete the 'Parent/Guardian Information' section by providing names and cell phone numbers. Include an emergency contact name and relationship along with their phone number.
6. Check off the camps you will be attending under the 'Please check the camp(s) you will be attending' section. Ensure to calculate and enter the total due amount.
7. Review and sign the Medical Waiver and Consent Form at the bottom of the document. Fill in insurance details as required.
