Click ‘Get Form’ to open the ISF form in the editor.
Begin by filling in the 'Manufacturer (or supplier) name & address' section. This information should reflect the factory details and is to be completed by the shipper.
Next, provide the 'Seller name & address.' This should include details about the shipper and must also be filled out by them.
In the 'Buyer name & address' field, enter the consignee's details, ensuring accuracy for smooth processing.
Fill in the 'Ship to name & address' section with delivery warehouse or terminal information, again completed by the shipper.
Indicate the 'Country of origin,' which refers to where the goods are manufactured, as required by customs regulations.
Enter the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) numbers. Ensure you provide a 6-10 digit level code as specified.
Complete the 'Container stuffing location name & full address' field with details from where goods were stuffed into containers.
If applicable, fill in 'Consolidator (stuffer) name & full address' for LCL shipments, providing shipping agent or forwarder details.
Finally, ensure all shipping information such as vessel number and loading dates are accurately filled out before submission.
