Senior Exemption: The vehicle owner must be 65 years old or older, the vehicle must be 10 model years old or older, and the vehicle must be driven less than 5,000 miles per year. You may apply for this exemption either through Georgias Clean Air Force online form or through your local tag office.
Senior Emission Waiver (Senior Exemption) If you are age 65 or older and are a registered owner of a vehicle 10 model years old or older, and if you drive less than 5,000 miles per year, you may be eligible for a senior exemption.
