Log in to your Clipper account. Find your card and select Manage Autoload from the More Options menu. Your Autoload is now cancelled, but your online account will not reflect this until the next time you tag your card.
Your ClipperCash funds can be refunded upon graduation, transferring or withdrawal from the university by completing a ClipperCash Refund Form. Forms must be submitted via email at clippercard@salemstate.edu. Once completed, requests will be subject to review and approval.
To request a balance transfer, please contact Clipper Customer Service at 877.878. 8883 (TTY/TDD 711 or 800.735. 2929). Note: We can only transfer cash value; monthly passes and discount tickets cannot be transferred.
Clipper Refunds: Only registered Clipper cards, are available for refunds. Please contact Clipper Customer Service at 877.878. 8883 to request a refund without cancelling your card.
Open the Clipper app or log in to clippercard.com and select Report Lost or Stolen. That will deactivate the card, but your balance will stay on your account. You can use the Clipper app to reactivate your card if your phone turns up, or transfer the card to a new phone.

CANCELLATION INSTRUCTIONS Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis ing to the terms of the Clipper Cardholder License Agreement. All card cancellations require a $5 processing fee. If the balance on your card is less than $5, Clipper will not process your refund request or charge the $5 processing fee.
