LOSS DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS: YOU shall report any potential loss to the ADMINISTRATOR: Norman and Company, Inc. Within ninety (90) days of settlement with the PRIMARY CARRIER or should there be no PRIMARY CARRIER within ninety (90) days of the DATE OF LOSS.
