Teacher induction is a professional development program that incorporates mentoring and is designed to offer support, guidance, and orientation for beginning teachers during the transition into their first teaching jobs.
The New Teacher Induction program provides a two-year, individualized, job-embedded program for all teachers new to California schools.
Course fees for the CSUF Teacher Induction Program are $675* per unit. The 1-year Early Completion Option (ECO) program consists of 5.0 units total ($3,375*). The 2-year Traditional Program consists of 9.0 units total ($6,075*).
