The Childrens Eating Behavior Inventory (CEBI), a parent-report instru- ment, is conceptually derived from a transactional/systemic approach to child- hood eating and mealtime problems (further discussion of such an approach to these problems is given in Archer, 1990).
The Eyberg Child Behavior Inventory (ECBI) is a 36-item measure designed to assess the frequency and severity of disruptive behaviours, as well as the extent to which parents find the behaviours troublesome.
The ECBI and the SESBI-R are comprehensive, behaviorally specific rating scales that assess the frequency and severity of disruptive behaviors in the home and school settings, as well as the extent to which parents and/or teachers find the behavior troublesome.
The ABIC measures adaptive behavior in self- maintenance and in five social systems: family, community, peer, school, and earner-consumer. This parent interview questionnaire, available in both English and Spanish, contains 242 questions and provides an ABIC total score and scaled scores in each of six subscales.
The SESBI-R Test Sheet is completed by teachers, assessing the child or adolescents behaviour at school. Using a 7-point Intensity scale and a yes-or-no Problem scale, teachers are asked to circle the number (from 1-7) describing how often the behaviour currently occurs.
