- If applying for a Type Certificate or Amended Type Certificate, fill out Block 5. Leave it blank if applying for a Production or Supplemental Type Certificate.
- For a Production Certificate application, complete parts a, b, and c in Block 6. Provide any existing PC number if applicable.
- If applying for a Supplemental Type Certificate, fill out all parts of Block 7 regarding modifications and data availability.
- Finally, obtain the signature of the certifying official in Block 8 to validate your application.
