How to use or fill out FAA Application Type Certificate with our platform

- Begin by filling out Block 1 with the name of the party, corporation, or organization that will receive the certificate. Ensure accuracy as this name will appear on the certificate.
- In Block 2, check the appropriate box for the type of application you are submitting: Type Certificate, Supplemental Type Certificate, or Production Certificate.
- Complete Block 4 with the address of the applicant. Note that a post office box is not acceptable.
- If applying for a Type Certificate or Amended Type Certificate, fill out Block 5. Leave it blank if applying for a Production or Supplemental Type Certificate.
- For a Production Certificate application, complete parts a, b, and c in Block 6. Provide any existing PC number if applicable.
- If applying for a Supplemental Type Certificate, fill out all parts of Block 7 regarding modifications and data availability.
- Finally, obtain the signature of the certifying official in Block 8 to validate your application.
